Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible for return:

– Items that arrive damaged or defective

– Incorrect item received

Not eligible for return or refund:

– Incorrect size selection (measurements are provided on all product pages)

– Change of mind or personal preference

– Items that are no longer needed

– Worn, altered, or damaged items after delivery

– Final sale or discounted items

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. 

Exchange eligibility:

– Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

– If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid

– Customer is responsible for return shipping + reshipment fee

– One exchange per order

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
