WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Please remove your jewelry while exercising, showering and swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Even natural ones. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing. KHA•TUN is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry.

CAN I SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY?

For best care, do not shower with your items. Keep them in a cool dry place.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

Please use a solution of warm water and detergent-free soap with a soft bristle brush.

MY JEWELRY IS RUSTING, WHAT DO I DO?

For best care, do not shower with your items. If your items do turn immediately, it can be caused by a metal-to-skin oil reaction. Each persons oils make metal react differently, in this case, it's not our responsibility to rerun or exchange your item. We apologize in advance.

WHAT IS STAINLESS STEEL?

Stainless steel Jewelry - A steel alloy with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass and a maximum of 1.2% carbon by mass. Stainless steels are most notable for their corrosion resistance aka rust-free.

WHAT IS GOLD PLATED?

Gold-plated Jewelry - A base metal such as steel or brass is dipped into a bath of electroplating solution, with a lump of solid gold. When an electric current is applied, a thin layer of gold is deposited on the metal. Since the plating is quite thin, the plate (and hence the color) on findings can wear off.

WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?

Sterling Silver Jewelry - Sterling Silver is a mixture of pure silver and some other metal, usually copper. The resulting alloy gives the silver strength. The standard is at least 92.5% silver.

WHAT IS 18K GOLD?

18k gold is composed of 75% gold, which is alloyed with other metals to make it strong enough for everyday wear.

We love stainless steel because it doesn't harm the person making or wearing it & it's corrosion resistant.

MY PRODUCT CAME BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?

If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?

We usually produce in small quantites. If the item is out of stock, if we are restocking it will usually be available within a month after.
